The outside decorations are all up and look very nice. They are subtle and simple. We decided that the neighbors all have enough color, so we kept ours all white. I told Kaitlyn that Santa would have no trouble finding our cul-de-sac with all the lights that everyone has.
Yesterday was definitely the turning point in Kaitlyn's recovery. She was much more active and happy and was able to eat a few more things. She even went outside with us when we put up the decorations. A 2 hour nap did follow the outdoor venture. Almost all the ornaments on the indoor Christmas tree were put on by the little one. The rest were put on by daddy as directed by Kaitlyn. It turned out pretty nice.
