Dreaming of a white Christmas is NOT the same as the nightmare of the blizzard that buried us over the last couple of days! We spent last night and all day today digging out of over 2 feet of snow. The drifts that we didn't even attempt to dig out were over 4 feet in some areas.
Kaitlyn couldn't wait to get out into all the "butiful" snow. We bundled her up and let her loose as soon as we had the driveway dug out. She went totally crazy! "This is just so great guys!" was the comment of the day. When the neighbors asked if she was having fun, she looked around at everyone and yelled "Good evening everybody!" After about 45 minutes, I decided it was time for her to go inside. This was not something she wanted to hear or do. So, she thrust both her arms into a snow drift and thought that she would be able to hold on and stay outside - nice try!
